\nWe\u2019re talking crispy bacon, syrup that drips down your wrist, and a brand-new way to get messy:

First things first: what even is Pancake Day?<\/h5>\n

Pancake Day<\/a> (aka Shrove Tuesday) is the glorious food holiday that shows up right before Lent.
\nHistorically, it was the day to use up your milk, eggs and flour before 40 days of fasting.<\/p>\n

Today? It\u2019s a pancake free-for-all.
\nIn the UK, they race through the streets flipping pancakes in frying pans.
\nIn the US, it\u2019s stacks of fluffy breakfast food from morning to midnight.
\nAnd everywhere in between, it\u2019s become a day to go wild with toppings and unapologetic carb joy.<\/p>\n

We couldn\u2019t relate more.<\/p>\n

So here\u2019s what we\u2019re doing at Dutch Pancake Masters<\/h5>\n

This Pancake Day, we\u2019re opening something new.

Welcome to the Flipping Station;
\n<\/strong>\u00a0A set-up inside our kitchen where you<\/em> take the pan, you<\/em> pour the batter, and you<\/em> flip your very own pancake.
\nYes, there will be toppings. Yes, there will be staff nearby (just in case). And yes, you\u2019ll absolutely want to film it (and share it with us ofcourse).<\/p>\n

It\u2019s fun. It\u2019s chaotic. And it\u2019s only available on Pancake Day.
